01 Commercial cleaning robots
A commercial cleaning robot, integrating floor washing, vacuuming and dust pushing, can achieve 24/7 non-stop cleaning operation, and independent charging, self-cleaning, convenient drainage, water filling, etc. with a full-featured base station. It can be widely used in hospitals, shopping malls, campuses, exhibition halls, office buildings, terminals and other places.
When robots are put into use, the scenario data will be accumulated into the database of algorithm training. In continuous iteration, users will find that robots are increasingly adapted to different scenarios. The quick-release design can be used with different brushes for a variety of floor cleaning conditions. The robot brush pressure can be adjusted from 2kg to 8kg, providing right force to clean more thoroughly! Through the onboard large screen, mobile phone APP and cloud software, users can more freely and smoothly control robots to achieve human interaction.
These robots support two charging methods, i.e. autonomous recharge and magazine-type replaceable battery, to recharge them at an extremely fast speed and increase the area for single operation. Compared to traditional commercial cleaning model, a commercial cleaning robot can release at least two workers, increase the operational efficiency by at least two times, and also enable intelligent management at regular intervals to complete cleaning tasks on time and send reports.
02 Intelligent navigation controller
The intelligent navigation controller, as an innovative product developed by Intelligence.Ally Technology for the autonomous mobile control of intelligent robots, enables robots to make environment-aware positioning and autonomous decisions; realizes the chipping of core algorithm and industrial-level integration; can directly access a variety of sensors such as LIDAR; has high-precision map acquisition, combined navigation and positioning, environment awareness, obstacle avoidance and bypassing, intelligent control and other functions; and can provide a 3D navigation accuracy of up to 1 cm and 10 square kilometers of large building area, therefore can be applied to all kinds of complex application scenarios.
Based on the navigation controller, Intelligence.Ally Technology has developed a variety of industry intelligent robots to be widely used in smart agriculture, property services, power grid inspection, scientific research and teaching, and other fields. Users of the navigation controller can more quickly and easily build smart unmanned systems that fit their applications.
03 Six-wheeled autonomous unmanned chassis
The six-wheeled autonomous unmanned chassis, as a high-performance electric chassis mainly used for outdoor all terrains, provides sufficient control programs and development documents, and supports multiple communication interfaces. In addition to a good look, the mobile chassis is also available for users to create their own mobile robots with the solutions designed based on actual project needs.
The chassis modules, driven by high-powered wheel hub motors, are able to realize differential pivot steering. The suspension system damping method has several patented technologies and ensures the outdoor obstacle crossing ability of small vehicles. The unique oscillating arm mechanism provides the chassis an obstacle crossing capability and enables it to traverse urban terrains. Excellent waterproof and obstacle crossing capabilities make it able to withstand harsh outdoor environment and perform multiple tasks. It can be widely used as a robot mobile platform for the development of security, transportation and other robots.
