On April 27, the reporter saw at the scene that floor washing robots could flexibly run and work in all corners, and automatically supplement water and energy. These robots could also scientifically plan its cleaning routes based on the map of section, and “politely” avoid pedestrians whenever encountering them.

According to the staff, Shenzhen Metro East Qiaocheng section covers a total area of about 24.1 hectares and a total floor area of 210,000 square meters. Large area to be cleaned and insufficient cleaning personnel lead to more consumption of time and manpower. The cleaning of floors in such scenarios is tedious and heavy, and the application of floor washing robots can greatly reduce the cleaning time of sanitation workers.
